Product Support Specialist
Assist our customers online, on the phone and onsite in getting the most from their Multidata products.
Specialization in the areas of networking and data exchange, physics engineering/instrumentation and application support sought. Clinical experience in radiation oncology appreciated but not required.
Typical responsiblities include developing educational materials, developing product documentation, training users & other staff and managing the product certification/licensing processes together with Product Management.
Strong communication skills in English required, and skills in other languages are appreciated.
