Customer Support Specialist
Assist our customers online, on the phone and onsite in getting the most from their Multidata equipment.
Specialization in the areas of networking and data exchange, physics engineering/instrumentation and application support sought.
Typical responsiblities include assisting Product Specialists in developing and distributing educational materials & product documentation, organizing and contributing to training events and assisting customers with their day to day questions and concerns. Strong communication skills in English required, and skills in other languages are appreciated.
